We definitely want the Brewers to bury the Phils or at least just not get swept. We can worry about the other teams after we win the division. The Mets are a great team and need to once and for all erase the 2007 hangover. (This lineup should be able to handle Sheets.)

I have a feeling the Brewers are going to blow this...again (since we took all the pub last year from the Brewers and Padres, who also collapsed).

If we take care of the Braves this weekend I think we'll end the weekend a few games up on the Brewers and with hte same lead on the Phillies.

While I agree that CC/Sheets is a daunting task for a series, the Mets seemed to handle the Brewers pretty well last time, so if that's what it comes to, I'm not going to lose any sleep over it.
And yes, I know we didn't see CC that time.

i would much rather just have the Brewers bury the Phils so we can go up 5 in the loss column

as much as i want the brewers to win...i want the phills to catch up so we can always fall back on the wild card.

plus if the phills win wild card then we play the dodgers/dbacks which i think is better than playing brewers.
the brewers to me are very threatening with cc and sheets at the top starting the first two games. i honestly wouldnt see the mets winning either
