To think we thought we didn’t have any talent down in the Minors. This kid has the makings of a good-quality major League hitter for year to come. If F-Mart lives up to the Hype, we should be sitting pretty with Dwright, Reyes, F-Mart. Murphy, Pelfrey, Niese etc. Not bad for an origanization that was considered weak in the farm system.

They just came off a 7-game winning streak and lost one game to a team on an 8-game winning streak. Neither the depressed martyr act nor the taunts from gleefully rude Met fans are warranted.
