I will agree that pedro has not pitched for most of his contract due to injury but to sign someone with the pedigree of pedro has gone along way to restoring the mets image from seasons past. You could also credit omar for getting the mets finishing back over .500(how quickly we forget those dreadful seasons) but im sure that would be too much to ask from you. then maybe you should be clearer in your posts
