Cost us 15 million dollars that could be spent elsewhere. Gives us Roberto Alomar all over again. He is not going to be the same after 2 wrist injuries. If you get a new LF and Murphy does not work out at 2nd then you still at least have a quality LF and only 2B as a true hole in the lineup. There are plenty of "dynamic players" that can be had for LF, SP, and RP. Hudson does 2 key things as well. Cost us 15 million dollars that could be spent elsewhere.
