When a team wins, the chemistry will be good. That's not to say *bad* chemistry will not harm a team--it certainly can--but that was not the case this year, anyway. The players seemed to get along just fine, and there were never any reports of anything more than "cliqueiness," which exists in all areas of life. Wright will most likely be fine, but the insistence of some that he do so without the help of a psychologist is frighteningly ignorant and antiquated thinking.
