No imploding, either-I think that was put in after 9/11-would bring back too many bad memories. In addition, imploding the place is impractical with Citi Field so close by-it would get damaged. Those huge banners with images of Carter, Piazza, etc. They took them down before the season had even ended. When Reyes led off the Bottom of the 1st with a homer, that place certainly came to life. I was sitting in right field, all the way on the end, near the railing. I looked to my right and there was the beginning of Citi Field. Very exciting moment. I was in the upper deck for Game 6 as well.
