add that all up and you’ve got Manny(20mil) + K-Rod(15 mil). Plus with citifield opening we can raise our payroll a bit and hire better relievers. What we should do for a starter is prob trade for one. Halladay and Duchscherer both become free agents in 2010 so we could possibly trade for one of them.
what about the japanese market, we can find a good starter( ala koruda) and good relievers( ala saito, okajima).
I actually didn’t think of that. Since we can’t sign 3 type a free agents, it could be a good idea to look in the Japanese market. I wouldn’t wanna make our whole bullpen Japanese though. lol
