More room at the seat is nice. But the item that will really make it worth the extra $$? The cup holder! No more beer on the ground getting kicked over!

did you expect the same levels, tiers, and seating arrangements and capacity as shea? If that happened, they'd have built another Shea.

By the way...THEY DIDN'T.

just for the record, those 11,000 seats are the ones in the Upper deck, which are rarely fully occupied...At the expense of that, is a better in game experience for everybody else.

And for the record, the Upper deck at Citi is the equivilant of the Mezz. and Shea.

Whats worse is Citifield that contains 11,000 fewer seats.

How are long term season ticket holders rewarded? They are not.

The Loge level replacement is lifted to make room below for the surround around site lines so that when you are buying food you can see the game. That is nice for people on line, but Loge is raised 15 feet.

What about Mezzanine? There is no Mezzanine! There is only an upper deck. But wait! Dont forget about the luxury boxes. The Luxury boxes reside above Loge and above Loge you will find the upper deck.

The Luxury Boxes are 15 feet, so what once was Mezzanine Boxes are now the upper deck and sitting 30 feet higher than Mezzanine level.

Add another 15 feet for a seccond surround around site line and then the upper upper deck area without boxes.

As a full season ticket holder of Mezzanine level I feel jipped.

Ultimately I am paying 10 percent more for a seat that is 30+ feet higher than my old seats.

Pay more for less. Wait, but I am suppose to have more room at my seats. And dont forget the surround around sight lines.

Talk about another Mets collapse. I look at this as a chance to rid our demons of Shea and move into better surroundings and kharma.
