I feel it’s not an offseason until Matt references the one and only LEN3

Don’t fault Omar’s skills, he graduated from a NYC public high school. I graduated from there too, that’s why I’m only allowed to make comments on metsblog.com

Statistics show that public speaking is the #1 form of fear…DEATH is #2

  7. Razor Shines says:

People would rather die than speak in public. Personally, I’d rather die than watch the Mets spit the bit in September again, but I can talk about it to anyone.

were there any details on this conference?

  9. kingman 26 says:

    Case, that was really funny….

  10. adropofvenom says:

Just nitpicking, but how exactly did the Mets not meet with Hoffman’s representatives when he’s represented by the same agency as Brian Fuentes?

  11. kingman 26 says:

Hopefully they did not meet with Hoffman’s reps because they made it clear that even the Mets are not dumb enough to even consider signing a 41-year old closer…..

  12. CaseStreet says:

The funny thing was that I was allowed to MC an event at the Mayor’s Mansion. Talk about dying.

I once was making presentation to high school kids about a program I worked for that offered benefits for child care. Somehow I ended up saying that they were dumb for having kids.

    LOL!

Omar, GET A JOB or earn the money the Mets are paying you…where were you at the trade deadline last year? Now that we can get a closer, you are playing 2 year offer games?
What, ok, I get it. We sign Krod for 2 years, Mariano Rivera retires (well, what do you know, 2 more years) and the Yankees get him in his prime at 28.
