I changed my mind. My pitchers would be sheets, Burnett and marquis. How do you guys think about that?

I am so glad! Now they need 3 more starting pithchers. I preffer Marquis and garland for the 4 and 5 spot, Burnett or Lowe for the number 2 spot. for second base, let castillo start the season, if he gets off to a bad start, trade him away and get another second basemen. For left field, I'm 50 50 about Ibanez.I dont know whether to get him, or keep Murphey and Tatis. Thogh now i am starting to lean towards murphey and tatis.

We need an outfielder too, Milton Bradley will be the perfect fit, he will show some emotions, when needed and not needed, not to mention that he has some talent.

Add Jason Marquis...re-sign Ollie and Pedro..and try to sway Derek Lowe to our rotation.

As far as power try to get rid of Luis Castillo even thought nobody wants him and add a powerful young infielder...how about Michael Young!

Well it doesn't help that the Yankees are throwing ridiculous money at anybody who can throw...They really are being irresponsible in the way they are offering, because it is driving up the price on everyone else. I think Omar has played it perfect so far, and I hope he continues to address our needs, but for a reasonable price.

The Mets' expectations for offseason moves, along with their fans' expectations, are way, way too low.

Well, I think we have seen that Omar is about a little misdirection this winter. Don't show your hand type of thing, so who knows what is the true plan.
The point I was making about the picks, is the round doesnt always indicate future ability.

mr.gee-
Yes, add Smoltz to the list. I don't care that he is a lifelong Brave, I have always idolized him. But if we offer, we better not go over 1-2 years.
