I think manny comes to the Mets if the market falls totally apart, and he ends up going for a 1 year deal (to try again next year), or at best a 1 year + option (and you know he loves options!), maybe mutual. A 1 year deal is perfect for the Mets. Manny will stay focused all year, playing for another contract! As to Jones, call me crazy, but I think he will have a rebound year. he did hit 41 HRs 2 years ago. Supposedly he dropped a bunch of weight and is hitting well in winter ball.
