Should have kept Shea, and instead given us a better team to play in it; a team with heart, a team that plays like the Phils, instead of a team that worries more about what new dances it can come up with to show up other teams than winning; and I’d have voted to keep Shea in exchange for a more pro-active GM and ownership that has a clue!

I’d have rather have had those things instead of seeing the same chokers move into a field that the taxpayers will support after bailing out the company that has its name all over that unnecessary new park.

Oh, and Jackie Robinson has NOTHING to do with the Mets! Jackie was great, but let the Dodgers build something in honor of him! Why is that new rotunda not the Shea Rotunda?!?!?

Thanks for all of the great memories, Shea! Sorry we sent you out with such a weak-hearted excuse for a team. You deserved SO much better!

Let me elaborate on my special moment…it must of been a critical time in the game and Piazza had to be up at the plate cause when I was at the stool and my turd finally drop the crowd went wild, it was one of the proudest days of my life. I went to the restroom with the Mets down by 2 and came back to a Mets 1 run lead and I believe it was thanks to my blessings.
