His fast-track makes it look like F-Mart and Pelfrey were brought along slowly... I think Coronado does have some potential though- definitly more than A. Reyes ever had. Also if you look at his splits from last year he had a much better second half and a good winter-league showing. Its possible his bat is just catching up to the speed he's been rushed through the org at. If Castillo goes down for an extended period I could see Coronado being brought up- and I think he'd be a much better option than A. Reyes was last year. At the minor league page Toby Hyde has him ranked somewhere in the 20's his prospect list- you should read the write up on him if your interested. .260 is way better than what he did before being promoted through the lower levels.
