Because Murphy is a pretty terrible 3b and needs to work on his OF play. No need to be shuffling him around.

Wright is the Mets 3b

Your stupidity is made even more stupid by the fact that Ty isn't on the Astros anymore.

And if Houston was actually dumb enough to think they could get Wright in a trade for Oswalt the phone call would go more like this...

Omar: What would it take to get Roy Oswalt?
Houston: David Wright
Omar: **hangs up**

oh puhleez gimme a break, he is getting paid well for pitching 6 innings every 4 or 5 days, if he thinks its easy to play 9 innings every day, then clone him 8 times and the mets can save a lot of money.

either you are a fan or you're not, if you are you have faith that your team will come back and fight the long battle. If you are not, then you're not, but don't pass yourself off as one if you can't find anything decent to say.

Wright is working hard at coming out of his funk and Jerry knows this the same way that Willie did, so i don't think he will be resting him unless he is the one that says "i need a break" which would be doubtful

I believe that this regime of Omar and Jerry need to seriously take a look at what is occurring with this ball club thus far. I realize that the season is only eighteen games young but the starting pitching is a disaster. Ollie has been a huge disappoint. I for one was never in favor of bringing this "headcase" back to Queens but that's what Omar felt was necessary. He is overpaid and under-producing. But I guess that's what an evil demon like Scott Boras will force people into doing. I think change may be on the horizon or this season will be a long one. These starters can not continue to go out and give lackluster performances and wear down the best pen in baseball. The one shining light in Johan. If there was a cloning device we'd be ok. The defense too. I have seen little leaguers make better plays and hustle more than this team has thus far. It's pitiful. This was a team that was to be competing for the glory this season and so far they look like they are play for the top pick in next years' draft. It's time to make some adjustments. Send people down if you have to, make a trade, shake up the line up, bench some people, cut some people, whatever!!! Just start playing like you love this game and care for it. Get your heads in it. And dammit lets win some games

Number one is usually b/c some skankee doche is in our park in Skankee gear...when he gets up to go to the can, he gets booed and a chorus of "Yankees Suck!"

Number two is hysterical, and sadly true.
