He still runs hard and plays hard. The guy is always getting his uniform dirty and making plays. I think the problem is really the fact some fans expect him to do no wrong and always come through when needed. It just isn't that simple. Hitting a baseball is not an easy thing to do. Could he be hitting better with RISP sure and in the end he probably will. He is struggling right now just like last April and the one before that, etc. Actually I think he is the exact same guy. Example is mets.com message board. I left that place because of how moronic and worthless 98% of the posts were. You find a more obscure site and it is still a problem but not as prevelant at least that is what I have found.
