Tonight’s Game:

  • The Mets (12-13, 6-6 Road) begin a brief two-game series versus the Phillies (14-10, 8-2 Home) tonight at Citi Field, starting at 7:10 p.m. EDT.

On the Mound:

  • LHP Johan Santana (3-1, 1.10 ERA) will start for the Mets. In his last start on April 29 versus the Marlins, Santana earned a no-decision, allowing two runs on five hits and three walks, while striking out seven over 7.0 IP. Santana has thrown a first-pitch strike to 69-of-101 batters this season. He is 2-0 with a 2.85 ERA in six career starts versus the Phillies.
  • RHP Chan Ho Park (0-1, 8.57 ERA) will pitch for the Phillies. Park took the loss in his last start on May 1 versus the Mets, allowing seven runs on hits hits and six walks, while striking out one over 4.2 IP. He is 4-4 with 3.60 ERA in 10 career starts versus the Mets.
