start in left field tonight and bat second against the right-handed Jeremy Guthrie.
Alex Cora will bat leadoff, followed in order by Martinez, then Carlos Beltran, David Wright, Gary Sheffield at DH, Daniel Murphy at first base, Brian Schneider and Luis Castillo at second.
Murphy is batting .192 with just six extra base hits in his last 104 at bats.
