I'll still take reyes and beltran back and hope for delgado. putz and wagner will help and either maine or perez adds something and the mets should win the division. if no one comes back. it will be a disappointing season. first, there is still a lot of baseball to be played.

That being said I am also a realist. We are not going to see Delgado or Reyes again in 2009. And there is a very good chance we will not be seeing Beltran either. No announced info equals, we don't want people to stop buying tickets and believeing. And ya know what? With the teams in the NL East; I DO still believe. But I think our star power is totally diminished for '09. Hope I'm wrong! I love the Mets.
