What a stupid argument that was... Hudson has had two freak injuries (broken bones), which are not nagging and reoccurring injuries. He is also a GG caliber fielder, and can hit for average with some pop. Not to mention he is a hard-nosed leader, and it never hurts to add a guy like that to your clubhouse.
