I would be more concerned if it was the same injury like a pulled hamstring every year. The kid is still growing which can cause joint pain. They essentially are still playing a man down. Just looking at the Bisons stats I would rather see Sullivan or Jesus Feliciano get a shot than Reyes. At least those guys are hitting over 300 and in the case of Sullivan has showed to be somewhat useful in the majors. Reyes gives us squat. I would rather keep FMart active and either play a man down or tell him to go up each time and try to bomb one. The Mets would have been better off just keeping FMart active till Pagan was ready. Both requires a lot of pressure on your legs which can cause injury. As for F-MART you should be alarmed cause he isnt a lead off hitter, plays the outfield, and isnt a stolen base guy.
