Livan Hernandez only looks good against the Nationals, Marlins, and Pirates. Every other team knocks the guy around. At this point in his career Livan is a minor leaguer playing in the majors. The only teams I feel comfortable with him pitching against are teams like the Nats and Fish who are fastball only teams and overly aggresive with Livan.
