It is difficult to listen to him, thats for sure... I don't think you need to be the best public speaker to be a GM, but you probably should be able to finish a sentence. It may be because he is nervous on TV and wants to come across as intelligent and in control, something that I myself would have a hard time doing knowing that there are so many people watching but he should be used to it by now.
