The season ended 9 days ago. What are we waiting for?

PedroMANIA October 13, 2009 at 4:20 pm

Thanks Dr. Catch…

There are numerous reasons why they could be waiting. Such as inflamation to go down or simply for annoying people to complain.

But I’m not a doctor either.

Mets5rocks October 13, 2009 at 4:44 pm

well it’s only 3 months overdue!

Peter October 13, 2009 at 4:52 pm

We were waiting for the Rockies to be eliminated so we could use their doctor. You know, those better schools . . .

Xavier22 October 13, 2009 at 5:13 pm

The need to get on the doctor’s schedule. Dr. Nick Riviera is a very busy guy.

stickguy October 13, 2009 at 5:02 pm

they are just going to cut the ends off anyway, and tidy up and scar tissue. They aren’t sewing anything back on that needs to heal.

Peter October 13, 2009 at 5:21 pm

So he’ll be shorter?

JohantheMan October 13, 2009 at 5:45 pm

LOL @peter

and all i have to say is thank God. Let’s say a quick prayer that everything works out, LGM 2010

They already said who they were using, the doc is the Cowboys trainer and was trained under Dr. Alcheck at the hospital for special surgery.

…wouldn’t want to go out of network and rack up a huge insurance bill now would they?

Elastic October 13, 2009 at 7:41 pm

The Wilpons are sending him to “Tendons R US” for the surgery.

Borrowing a line oft’ used by Omar…”…That being said…”:
I love MY team, BUT, they lack leadership, inspiration and in this sad case, even a good friend to give sound advice. As in ‘GET THE SURGERY ALREADY’ ! It’s a matter of putting your faith and trust in something. As in for 47 years of putting OUR faith & trust in this franchiese. MAN UP & GROW UP already! If anyone has ever had to face a difficult life-altering decision, you know how to do it: with full support from your family & friends. Jose Reyes must be lacking in an important department. It is INSANE that he has STILL not gotten a real medical TREATMENT for this problem. Deductive reasoning suggests that maybe this(tendon) is NOT the REAL problem, therefore. I’m not from Missouri, but, SHOW ME anyway….

Razor Shines October 14, 2009 at 8:36 am

um… huh?

Razor Shines October 14, 2009 at 8:41 am

The only listed Dr. Kenneth Cooper in Dallas, TX is a 78 year old aerobic trainer. Please tell me there is an unlisted surgeon of the same name. Please.

JohantheMan October 14, 2009 at 11:19 am

LOL!!

Razor Shines October 14, 2009 at 8:46 am

OK, I just read a report that the Cowboys trainer is performing the surgery. His name is Daniel, not Kenneth.

Please correct another erroneous post Michael. I’m still waiting for an explanation as to why Tony Torasco was not included on your ticket giveaway trivia answer in June :)
