Adam Rubin, in a post to his blog for the Daily News, says that Tony Bernazard is close to signing with super-agent Scott Boras’ agency.

Rubin cites a report from Bill Madden, and Madden says that Bernazard’s rapport with Latin players would be an asset to Boras.

Now, for the good of MLB, we can only pray for a murder-suicide in that office :)

LOL … two arrogant tone-deaf SOBs. The nightmare team. Maybe they deserve each other. If Boras’ clients don’t put money ahead of everything else, Bernazard will doff his shirt and challenge them to fight.

On another note, what an awful postseason. Not only do the Mets totally miss out mainly due to bad luck and injury, but now we have to watch a team who basically bought their ticket to the WS as well as A-Fraud finally pulling his weight. What a bummer. Hopefully the Angels can come back.
