We don’t win much, but we have some of the greatest names…
Mets medical did a great job on Pedro.
Looks well rested and well paid!

Should I be worried about pitchers in Winterball? Isn’t there a risk of pitching too many innings?

Yes and no. There is the risk of arm fatigue, but luckily the season is over well before ST. Also, these guys are still being trsined to throw more than 140 innings, and meaningless games are a great way to do it. If you notice, none of our guys has pitched more than a few innings at a time, so they should be ok. I am not concerned with the results, only the fact that they get their innings in and work on their pitches a little. Really all it is is a glorified bullpen session, which is why so many winter leagues are very hitter-friendly.
