I find that somewhat surprising considering he wasn't even that dominant of a pitcher in the WBC. Interesting that the pitcher he has ranked #10, Noel Arguelles, also a Cuban Defector might prove to be even better. Noel is 19 FYI Keith Law has Chapman ranked as the #5 best Free Agent in this year’s class ahead of Andy Pettite and Randy Wolf.
