I was posting on this site last yr that the Mets should look into Nelson as an option. Most of you said his 2nd half of 08 was a fluke or didnt know who he was.

Then in 09 he blew up. Not a great player but if the Mets could get him and Doc or Lacky they would vastly improve from last yr. Hes a pure power hitter.
