just trying to think positive. Obviously Id prefer if the Mets would wise up and poach some guys from the Red Sox, Angels, or Twins front office but thats just never going to happen.

Krivsky was known for signing older pitchers and trading a lot. The latter is a good thing, since Omar is best known for showing too much patience and only trading as a last resort. The prior is not so good.

I think this guy did good with the Reds. He got guys such as Phillips , Arroyo and Dunn. All talented players.
