Buzz: Carlos Beltran, 4-6 Weeks from mid-April
Yesterday, on WFAN, Mets GM Omar Minaya said Carlos Beltran will be back four to six weeks from when he returns to baseball activities.
Steve Popper, Bergen Record, “Carlos Beltran said he felt good and expects to start running by mid-April, but wouldn’t speculate on a return date until he tests his surgically repaired knee.”
…so, four to six weeks from, say, mid-April, when he starts running, should put him back in the Mets lineup around mid-to-late May…
