News: Rich Coutinho Leaving ESPN
Rich Coutinho, the Mets beat reporter for ESPN Radio and ESPN New York, has announced he is leaving to join Sirius/XM Radio.
Coutinho has covered the Mets since 1984, and says he is taking a senior management position with Sirius/XM, beginning at the end of May, and he will still be around the team in his new role.
…good luck, rich…I’ve always thought coutinho was one of the most fair and objective beat reporters for the mets, and he has such a great sense and knowledge of the ongoings in the clubhouse…as I said, good luck…
