Chase Utley to Miss 5-6 Weeks after Thumb Surgery
The Phillies have announced that 2B Chase Utley will have surgery on his thumb.

Jayson Stark from ESPN.com says he is expected to miss 5-6 weeks, “according to a source.”
Utley injured his thumb while sliding into second base Monday night.
