Pre-Game: Astros vs. Mets
The Mets will look to win their series with the Astros tonight at Citi Field. Game time is 7:10 pm.

Johan Santana (10-8, 2.94 ERA) will start for the Mets. Santana took the loss despite throwing his third consecutive complete game last Sunday in Pittsburgh. The first of those complete games came in a loss to Houston 11 days ago at Minute Maid Park. Despite those losses, Santana is 5-3 with a 2.17 ERA since July 1.
Brett Myers (9-7, 3.08 ERA) will start for Astros. Myers won for the first time since July 27 in his last start against the Phillies. Myers took a no-decision against the Mets on August 18 after allowing just two runs in seven innings at Minute Maid Park.
