According to Ken Mandel at MLB.com, the Phillies will move RHP Brett Myers to the bullpen, while shifting RHP Jon Lieber back to the starting rotation.
Myers, who is 0-2 with a 9.39 ERA this season, has only made one relief appearance in his six year career.
