News: Darryl to Represent Mets at Draft

Former-Mets OF Darryl Strawberry will represent the Mets, along with Kevin Morgan, during Thursday’s live MLB Amateur Draft on ESPN 2, according to MLB.com.
Strawberry had been selected by the Mets with the first overall pick during the 1980 draft.
Starting at 6 pm on Thurday, ESPN2 will air each team’s first round choice.

Health: Beltran Eyeing Tuesday
